We’re excited to announce that MyTime now offers seamless online booking right from a business’s Facebook Page! Thanks to our integration, any service business across the United States with a MyTime account can now let clients schedule appointments without leaving the Facebook website or mobile app.
Because this integration was built together with Facebook, when clients book, their information (name, phone, and email address) is automatically pulled from their Facebook accounts and entered directly into the MyTime Scheduler calendar and client record. Clients don’t have to create a separate account or log in before confirming their appointment, making it easier for MyTime businesses to turn Likes into loyal clients.
We’ve even made it possible for businesses to collect payment through Facebook (optional) and have the money deposited directly into their bank account after the appointment. This is no small engineering feat and is many months in the making!
The online booking and payment integration with Facebook is included free of charge with your MyTime Scheduler subscription.
Today we’re also opening a beta program to help a limited number of businesses run targeted Facebook ads that let prospective clients book and pay for an appointment without ever leaving the ad itself. If you are an existing MyTime customer, the online booking integration may already be live on your Facebook Page!
Don’t see it there? Just sign into your MyTime account and go to Marketing > Website Tools and click on “Set Up” next to the Facebook option. You can also enable MyTime from your Facebook Page by going to Settings > Partner Apps and Services > Add a Service and then “Add Service” again next to the MyTime listing. You’ll then be prompted to log in to your MyTime account to complete the process.
